Trevor Graves is one of the co-founders of Nemo Design and a professional photographer by trade. Hailing originally from Rome, New York, he now calls Portland, Oregon his home. His first published snowboarding photo was in 1987, a racing shot of John Gerndt and Noah Brandon which was published in ISM, an independent snowboarding zine. He has also contributed work to magazines such as Transworld Snowboarding and Freeze Online. Beyond the world of snowboarding, Trevor has also done photo shoots for the likes of the Beastie Boys, Ice-T, Ghostface Killa, 50 Cent, Roni Size, Bono, Scottie Pippen and other famous performers and athletes.
"On snowboarding shoots we'll sometimes end up on helicopters in Alaska. 35mm rigs are still the best solution, and with Genuine Fractals I am able to blow up images large enough for the client to use for "double truck" ads or posters."
